1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hi97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hi97 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://hi97.app.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation or interpretation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use hi97, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from hi97 or had an account closed for a terms violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close associate of hi97 or any of its affiliated game providers, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation inadvisable. hi97 strongly encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek professional support and to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

hi97 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until age verification has been completed to hi97's satisfaction. Accounts where age verification reveals the user to be under 18 will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on hi97, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information current and up to date throughout your use of the Platform. 3.2 Account Security

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with responsible platform management and anti-fraud obligations, hi97 operates a Know Your Customer process. All users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and, where required, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. hi97 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hi97 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hi97 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on hi97 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hi97 account balance within two minutes of transaction confirmation. hi97 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transfer charges. You are responsible for reviewing any such fees with your provider before initiating a transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties — whether family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on hi97 are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 12 hours, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution.

hi97 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected, hi97 may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. hi97 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to periodic review. hi97 reserves the right to apply staged withdrawal processing for large amounts, with separate verification requirements applicable to each stage. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

hi97 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion itself and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all hi97 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified, real-money account holders only. Free-play or demonstration accounts are not eligible.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• hi97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including for users already in the process of meeting wagering requirements, in cases where abuse or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

hi97 takes a firm stance against the abuse of bonus offers. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements, and making deposits solely to trigger a bonus with no genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, hi97 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using hi97, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with the standards of fair, lawful, and responsible behaviour expected of all platform users. The following actions are expressly prohibited on hi97:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game, to place bets at speeds or volumes not achievable by a human user, or to interfere with Platform operations.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money, finance terrorism, or use the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hi97 staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any hi97 content without express written authorisation.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance held, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is involved.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the hi97 platform — including but not limited to the hi97 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and game content — is the property of hi97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence in respect of any hi97 intellectual property, beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. hi97 operates under licence agreements with those providers and does not claim ownership of their content. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of studio content is subject to separate action by those studios.

7.1 User-Generated Content

Where users submit any content to hi97 — including but not limited to feedback, support messages, reviews, or chat communications — you grant hi97 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for internal business purposes, including quality assurance, training, and platform improvement. hi97 will not sell user-generated content to third parties.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

hi97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Suspected bonus abuse or manipulation of promotions.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior notice being given to the registered contact email.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your hi97 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account on responsible gaming grounds — because you feel that gambling is becoming or has become a problem — please contact hi97 support immediately and request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests on responsible gaming grounds are processed with priority and will not be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.
